Quick winter wear ?

I wear a pea coat and have recently added a winter scarf to my wardrobe. My question is does the scarf go inside or outside of my pea coat?

^ for functionality.  If you just want to wear a scarf to war a scarf, wear it outside you coat and feel the cold winter wind whipping at you neck and chilling your spine.

Ok, need more info now, what kind of purse or clutch will you be rocking?  Also, what type of shoes?  This will help you decide in which manner to wear the scarf.  Loosely or knotted.

Pro Tip: If you are going to wear it inside try putting the two loose ends together and then putting them through the hole this should create a nice full look

This is how I do a scarf. Don't really need them much where I am now though, ya dig.

And definitely inside for the pea coat combo.
