Some think he's a head case, some think he hasn't been in a system that fits him. Either way its way too early to write the final script for Mike. I've spent the last 8 months listening to people gush about how valuable a player and how good of a teammate Lamar Odom is. Earlier in his career he was trashed just as much as Beasley is, he matured, found a good situation and all of a sudden the same media who trashed him before now treats him like he's Barack Obama.

Beasley gets plenty of scoring opportunities. So are you saying an upgrade at point guard won't help the entire Minnesota roster get better looks? Did you watch the game tonight? Did you see Minnesota past year without Berea and Rubio? Do you understand basic premises about team sports?

Mike is also going to get to play for legit NBA coach for the first time in career, MN could be a darkhorse playoff team once Rubio settles in. I was impressed at how well Rubio stayed in front of Westbrook.
