I sent a link to this board to Mike Pennell who was an Arkansas DT recruit.  He saw how stupid the Arkansas fans were and immediately decommited.  Pretty great.

I heard it had nothing to do with football.  Sources are saying that he wanted to attend a school that at least charges tuition so he could get a good education while he plays football.  Seems like a smart kid.

I have heard that DT is THE hardest position to recruit in college football. 

I hope their fans can now see that their actions have very real consequences.  Nice job, Arkansas fans.  Good grief.

Wish him the best.  Hope he finds a program that he feels compelled to join...

Playing for the Razorbacks isn't for the weak of heart, mind, soul or commitment.  If he wouldn't be happy at Arkansas, then he should follow his desires.

*shrug*  it happens.  No harm, no foul.

It probably happened because of the loss of the DC (who had recruited him)--but none of us know.
