Pretty sure about 95% of the seats were bought by brokers.  The bowls allow them to eff people out of $$$ because the announcement comes so far after the seats are available for purchase.

Luckily I am a top level donor who was able to order 12 tickets. I'll be able to scalp most of them for the land that the PigfuckerAggy fans have their trailers parked on. Looking to develop some nice office buildings.
