What a rough ridin' stupid ballot.  It's full of idiocy before you even leave the top 5.  Virginia Tech, Georgia and Michigan State are not the third, fourth and fifth best teams in the country.  Can't believe we let people this stupid help determine the national champion.

That was a collective we, as in the world of college football.  The AP has been handing out national champion trophies every year since 1936, so yes, idiots like Rob Long (guy with the ballot in this thread) do help determine the national champion.
