If he doesn't fork over, then fill two buckets with concrete and put his bare feet in them.  Give him his checkbook and have him write them for the amount he owes you.  Go cash them at his bank.  If they are good for the cash, then let him remove his feet from the bottom of the buckets.  If you want to make this a quick process, use high early concrete.  It sets up in about 30 minutes.  GOOD LUCK FINDING HIM, THO.
