FYI, the Jardine sports bar is open for this football season so you can watch other games from around the country and get pak'd at the same time while still being right next to BSFS.

:surprised:  Had no idea such a thing was coming.

This will be wildly popular.  Aggieville will flex to try to get it shut down and/or Jardine will kick all residents out and become a bar district of it's own.

Not entirely sure what their plan for football gamedays will be but I'll try to find out before the first game and report back.

More importantly, will it be open during BB season?

I would imagine so. It opened up with limited hours this past spring and I think that it has been open pretty regularly this summer. They can only advertise to Jardine residents, though, since it is run by the University and since the city is trying to keep it from taking away business from places like Aggieville. Should be pretty great for bad weather football games and before basketball games.

Yeah, I agree. I can't remember exactly the reason, but that's basically what I was told when I asked why they didn't do any advertising for the bar.

This is fantastic.  is it near the aggieville bus drop off?  Would be perfect for pre-game belfast.
