Dax visits Duke:

Walked all over Coach K Court and Cameron Indoor Stadium.  Smallish as you know, but well preserved.

Duke Athletic HOF.  Not particularly huge, but very well done.

Overall their athletic facilities were very nice.   The football center next to Wallace Wade Stadium was nice, but Wallace Wade while well kept, was nothing special, Duke is way behind most BCS schools with that football stadium.

Campus:  Very nice, heavily wooded, all the buildings were very nice, but it's hard to conceptualize the whole place because the campus is literally cut out of the forest and still has very thick forestation in between much of the campus areas.

All in all, we can be proud of K-State Sister School Duke.

Would also add that when you walk through the Duke HOF and see the individual paintings of the inductees, you fully understand we're talking true Blue Blood school.   Particularly as it pertains to Tennis and Lacrosse Duke Hall of Famers . . . straight out of Chip, Tab and Buffy land.

But no doubt they are all, to a person, great smelling.

Would also add that the NU union has a Burger King, Subway, Imperial Express, and a Sbarros.  I've been in airports serviced exclusively by Great Lakes that had better options.

Durham is trying to to redo downtown, we had lunch at a place that was pretty nice and pretty new, overall it wasn't too bad.   But some areas are . . . bad.

Nuts Kicked visits Texas A&M. Takes a shortcut across some grass. Gets yelled at for walking on the grass by some bad person. Waits until the coast is clear, then goes and takes a piss behind a building.

I work with a guy whose 2 nieces basically have the tennis courts named after them.  "O'reilly"

If that's in Southpoint, than no.

It was Bull City Brewery and Burgers.  It wasn't bad, it was just lunch, suppossed to be all organic and local.   Pretty new place.

Went to Top of the Hill in Chapel Hill the day before, not bad.
