Deviled eggs.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

Deviled eggs.

So I'm in Wamego.  I see a platter of deviled eggs.  I am taking a picture because they are homemade and look delicious and there are 2 left.  As i put my cell phone down to look at the picture and then look back up I see a woman take a deviled egg and place it on her plastic wear.  THEN GO BACK AND TAKE THE LAST ONE.  I question her and she says "Well, I'm eating for two" she then points down at her barely 1st trimester (probably imposter) baby bump.  Some guy gives me a weird look.  I was mad, but by the time I was plating my ribs and one of the BBQ masters shuttling between the smoker and the table plated some fresh beans and ribs for me I let it go.  Today I'm reflecting and getting a little upset.

Questions:

1)  Is "I'm eating for two" a socially acceptable excuse for this unquestionably self-centered action?

2)  Would it have been acceptable to eat at least one of the deviled eggs off her plate?

Yeah I'd say you won.  After all, she's the one who ended up having to eat gross, smelly deviled eggs.

Sounds like you didnt really want one that bad if you took a picture instead of snatching one up.

Next time, make the deviled eggs a priority. They go quickly, be prepared.
Where did you get that overnight bag?

ps, I justify by taking 2 deviled eggs by rationalizing in my head that it is only 1 "full egg"

Deleted them because some mouth breather walked in to my natural light from the window to inhale some doritos while he waited for the ribs to show back up.  It was a really bad 30 seconds.

Wamego sounds awful.

people drive across the country to see it as their "family 4th of july vacation." sounds extremely tucky.
