im excited every year who am i kidding...but this year i really feel like im justified in saying were getting a pretty decent talent upgrade...i just wana see kstate make some plays on defense...for all the attention paid to offense by the rest of the sporting world...nothing makes me get outa my seat quicker then a big hit a sack or an interception...busting off a big run or completing a deep pass is great, its exciting its what puts the butts in the seats...but for me there is just something about defense that triggers a very primal set of emotions...having success in what your trying to do(offensively) is one thing, but keeping someone else from that success is something entirely different...saying, NO F0CK YOU we play by my rules...to me...thats what the game is all about...hitting people in the mouth again and again when theres nothing they can do about it...i just hope this year we see the rebuilding of that...

yes! i agree w/the defense! it's fun when we have a big time TFL on 2nd down, and we are getting ready for 3rd and long, and you can turn around to the crowd, and angrily tell them to "get up" while screaming wildly!

Yeah I'm stoked about the upcoming season and hope we actually "BUILD" the team up, we gotta start getting better talent to have any sucess in this new round robin set up so hcbs get after it....
