May have posted this already, but heard Gottlieb say on his ESPN Radio show before the national champion game that if Uconn won Calhoun would seriously consider retirement.
Gottlieb then went on to say Calhoun would negotiate a buyout and then announce his retirement once school started and turn the program over to Kevin Ollie - a past player that Calhoun loves like a son.
This is a pretty slick way to do it as it locks all the players into playing next year and Calhoun has the health history to support a "the doctors are telling me to step down" excuse for waiting until the recruits and players are in school.
