At this point, I'd take anyone but Bill.  At least we'd be able to fire anyone else.

I would take Turner Gill over Snyder

I would, too. jackass.

I'm totally fine with Bill being gone, but I'm gonna have to pull a major  :dubious: on this line of thought.

The only reason you need is that you can fire Gill. One more 2-10 and KU can can his ass. You think we could pull that with Bill...ever? There is also the argument that he can recruit better, but I don't think you even need to go there when you have the inability to fire OB.

goEMAWspects out in full force in this thread.  Fresh off our Yankee bowl participant ribbon, we have Sams, and Brown Bros, and you losers would rather have that loser B.E.L.I.E.V.E.

I've seen it all now.

I'm shocked.   :horrorsurprise:

I thought Gary Pinkel was about 53 and Mack Brown was around 65.  Can't believe Pinkel is only one year younger.

the whole idea that we can't get rid of him whenever we want is preposterous.  all you have to do is make it clear that he is not wanted or welcome and he'll bolt.  he left under a lot less pressure the first time.

I think that him now being determined to have a member of his progeny take over us having an AD in place that won't bend to Bill's every desire will make it much harder.

he knows that's ultimately not his call.  a good time to remind him of it is when you let him know that he's not wanted or welcome.

Isn't it just a little too early to say this? If Turner Gill went 5-7 this year and 6-6 the next, he would get a 4th year. Bill has had more success and is only heading in to his third year, so it's irrational to say that the only reason he hasn't been fired is that he's LHC Bill Snyder. We have the advantage of Bill being very old. He could die any day for crying out loud.
