Clearly no one at KU gives a sh*t about the MU game in football or bball.

Lol.  My God, the dumbassery of these people.  Honestly, everyone should experience Kansas City during this time of year one time in their lives to truly appreciate the irrational idiocy of this collective fan base first hand.

The best time to go shopping is the day after KU loses in the NCAA tournament.

It's like Dawn of the Dead out there.  People just walk around in a zombie haze.

Went to Kansas Sampler the day after they lost to UNI and we won.  Amazing.

The Lawrence Area Catbackers had the bar ALL to ourselves after the end of the KU/UNI game.

Wow... you guys are really big-time.  No doubt that the UNI game was K-State's biggest win of the season last year.

been meaning to ask you, bro. why don't you have a twitter?

 :ck:

i hope you consider getting one

Yea Beems, get a twitter account!!!  :pbj:

Why do the cold hard realities of the lamest "big time rivalry" in the country bother you so much.   The football game is rarely sold out and relegated to regional TV or FSN more times than not (in the past it wasn't even televised at all some years, and there were 1000's of empty seats), and the basketball game has CBS stations all over the country cutting out early, including the CBS station in Kansas City.     K-State occupies 2 spots on the Top 10 largest crowds for MU football (ku none), K-State occupies 4 of the Top 10 record crowds at ku, including the #1 spot . . . MU, shows up at 23rd.

You are absolutely BITB at this

“I’ve got people flipping out,” Lewellen said Sunday. “A huge panic.”

People filed out, some without paying their tabs. A few miles south and west, the same kind of bedlam was transpiring at Coach’s Bar & Grill on 148th Street and Metcalf Avenue.

stay classy squawks

That was good, but this was still my favorite quote from the article.

So when the Jayhawks and Tigers went to commercial, most of the nation’s CBS affiliates were supposed to switch to the Michigan State-Michigan game, which had perhaps more nationwide appeal. The problem was that the KU-MU viewing area switched over, as well.
