Found in contempt of court for maintaining ban on oil drilling in the gulf despite a court order not to.

Continues implementation of a law despite said law being found unconstitutional.

Decides he's just not going to enforce or defend a law (DOMA) that's on the books.


Oh, yeah, and he just extended the Patriot Act.


Defend these.
