The workout I am about to show you can be done as a standalone workout or as a finishing workout after your weight training workouts?for a supreme cardio, fat burning blast. Or as an alternative you can do this circuit on your off days of weight training.
Kettlebell Snatches: 5 reps per arm
Kettlebell Clean & Press: 5 reps per arm
Kettlebell Lunges: 5 reps per leg
Kettlebell Squats: 10 reps
Kettlebell One Armed Rows: 10 reps per arm
Kettlebell Two Handed Swings: 20 reps
As you can see we are dealing with 6 kettlebell exercises here. Go thru the circuit doing one exercise right after the other without resting(this is based on your conditioning level) if you need to rest as little as possible. After you have done thru the circuit rest for?1-3 minutes (again based on your conditioning)?and start again.
Work up to?4-6 sets. When you can do 4 sets start cutting down on the amount of rest in between circuits. Okay that's it for today so try out this kettlebell circuit workout.
