I'll take frank leaving and russell staying.  if frank runs russell off, frank should be fired.  Because you only run players off for more talented players.  Frank, however, runs players off and replaces them with equal or lesser value.

The only problem i see with Guerrero is he is so flashy that he tends to commit turnovers. Whats your assessment? comparing Guerrero vs angel.

i try not substitute my own thoughts for expert opinion too much.  it's very tempting, and hard to resist, but i think it's important to try.


re. guerrero, i think that lots and lots of coaches chose not to recruit him.
