I think the drive to turnover ratio is too high for the other guards right now. When these guys make good decisions they are fine, either with a pull-up jump shot or getting all the way to the rim. For several games the little 12-15 foot pull up jumper was the only shot Russell could make. The problem is too often, especially for Russell, that he drives and throws up some sort of forced, unbalanced shot. Or for Irving is that he penetrates and turns the ball over when the defense collapses. Neither has learned to make good enough decisions with the ball and with Frank getting on the guys for not passing/moving the ball on offense, this isn't going to fly.
