No. A&M has the closest thing to a loyal fanbase, but really it'd take a national championship or two to make them be consistent. Texas is a lost cause no matter what they do, Tech fans are inconsistent, and Baylor fans are more interested in women's bball (i crap you not on this). Nobody gives a crap at Houston or UTEP since they stopped being good, and it's debatable whether the students at TCU, SMU, and Rice know that they have basketball teams. Hell, my alma mater can only get about 4,000 in a 7,800-seat facility when the team is good enough to make the NCAA's...which hasn't happened since the 90's. People down here only give a crap about the NBA, and that's it.
