Halftime adjustments for the Aces?
« on: October 23, 2010, 05:52:36 PM »
My thoughts.

1)  Fire Cosh.

2)  Learn how to tackle.

3)  Stop being horrible in general on defense.

Get those three addressed and we should win this.

I haven't been listening, just following play by play on stat tracker.  Are the long pass plays the result of a single db getting beat deep?  Or, is this like Nebraska again where 4 guys have a crack at him and just miss the tackle/get outrun?

We should probably substitute some good players for the current crapty ones.  I think that is a "key to the game."

It's what I would describe as a global ineptitude in every facet of the game defensively.  Can't really say I can pinpoint one facet that is really more horrible than the next.

Oh.  I thought this thread was going to be about perceived halftime adjustments based upon what has happened in the 2nd half.

If that were the case I would have to believe we've had two:

1) Let BU score even more quickly when they get the ball.
2) Run the option more with Carsy.
