"a garden city man wondered in april if the theologians had not made a mistake in locating the garden of eden in asia rather than in the arkansas river valley."

I've got an idea right now burning a hole in my head!

"How will I recruit to Manhattan? Well, distance. And the proud state of basketball. It start there, and then daily flights to Dallas, because I'm really good at going out. Like top five good. Ask my wife. She wants me to be happy."

Really liked Pillars, as I did The Dark Tower series.   Haven't seen that many mini-series that I found well done but will give them both a chance.   Nobody has been able to translate Stephen King's works into a mini-series worth crap yet unfortunately.

The Dark Tower will be an awful TV series or movie.

I liked the first half of the series, but King really mailed it in for the last few.

Not really. Though one of the characters does look like a hobbit. A ginger hobbit.
