I keep seeing the sign for this on "the Hill" Radina's.  Warning to all who have not ever had this stuff:  It is terrible.  Worst hipster ethnic food fad evar.

There's a place in Georgetown called "Snap Crepes and Bubble Tea". The crepes are good. Never tried the tea.  But the do always have starving-artist looking emo folk behind the counter.

A place in Topeka had it for a short spell, they went out of business quickly.

I like Boba.  Don't get it in tea though.  Get it in a fruit smoothie.  Also you need the jumbo thick straws.
