We had 11 more offensive boards, partially because we missed so many shots. Winning the offensive boards battle will go a long way to bring a PHC* championship.

My junior high coach was a loser, we had EFFORT CHARTS, this is 1977-78 and his coach in high school was ...................Mean Gene Keady at Beloit

Play hard charts or whatever are fine as motivators for players. oscar using them as some sort of qualifier, especially after a loss, that is a problem. All coaches have some sort of play hard motivational tactic similar to oscar's chart, its just most of the time that stuff is kept in house where it should be.
