Our bench.

Our bench consists basically 3 players. Maurice, Sneed, and Carl Be Erwin are it. They are averaging 13 points a game. Sneed 8.6. What evaluation do you give the bench. Does this thin bench hurt as the end of games. It seems to me Claws and DJamer can't be aggressive when they get a few fouls. Wish we had Love and Diarra.

Sneed is huge, Maurice is decent, and I really wanted to like Ervin, but his scrappiness is comparable to Budke. I think Diarra will shut a lot of this noise down next year. Hopefully/possibly love too.

dogbite has been scientifically proven to be 2.29x scrappier than horndogs. also, not terribly good at basketball

Yeah, I've always had a soft spot for dogbite. Seems like he means well, just out punting his coverage where he's at.

The first time I saw Carl play, I turned to Canary and said this guy isn't a D1 player. He's not.

Ervin is fine as a backup guard.
I don't mind the short bench. There is plenty of rest for guys in a game.
Stokes & Brown with Ervin getting the rest.
Wes & Wade with Sneed getting the rest.
DJamer with Maurice getting the rest.
That's basically how it goes and I'm fine with that.

We got hurt today by not having a bench. I was excited before the start of the season with our depth that I knew we would need. Losing Love and Diarra hurt. Having xWhomper would have help. WVA had 12 people score.

Too thin to my liking, but would be considered serviceable if we actually had a go to scorer in the starting lineup.
