ya that's my problem.  bill has built the football equivalent to oscar's hoops teams.  average/little above average and no chance for more.

Why is that an unreasonable goal for our program? If we don't schedule top ten teams or FCS national champions for our season openers, we get 3 OOC wins. Then you beat half the teams in the conference, and win your bowl game, that gets you to 9. A better year sees 10 or even 11. Why is that not obtainable?

You first said expectation; goals and expectations aren't the same thing.

Then substitute expectations in for anytime I said goals.

Well if your expectation is for 9 or 10 wins, you're going to be disappointed a lot, unless you cheer for about 4 or 5 college football teams.

I'm just bored with our offense. We basically play keep away while we are on offense. Yes it's great to keep our D rested and to keep other offenses off of the field but its boring. I also hate when we get in anything over 3rd and 5 and we have to hear the announcers say "Kstate offense is not built for 3rd and longs"
