I scoop a spoonful of peanut butter out of the jar the dip it into the plain yogurt tub. Eat. Repeat.

so I finally wised up and realized I could get a much better deal by buying a honey bear and safeway greek yogurt separately. I can't tell the difference between the greek yogurts and I can mix real fresh fruit with the honey and yogurt if I get crazy. (LIKE I AM RIGHT NOW!!!)

Yeah, 0% and 2%. Normally 1.39, sometimes go on sale for $1.00, "managers special" at .49.

Guess you can use equal parts self rising flour and Greek yogurt to make a harass pizza dough.  Chewy, sorta like focaccia.  Also, add a bit of olive oil and possibly Italian dressing.

I'm not going to go back and read the entire yogurt thread but has it been mentioned that Greek yogurt is delicious on Gyros

dammit, I really wish I had a gyro from Mr Gyros on Metcalf now  :curse:

i'm here to apologize to all the yogurt heads that i may have offended in this thread.
my tone was uncalled for and as a way of saying "i'm sorry", i'd like to offer anyone who previously posted in this thread (and was offended) a yogurt of their choosing.  just meet me somewhere and tell me what brand/flavor you're up for...

i think rusty mentioned the fage.  i eat it b/c it's pretty much the only way i get fruit in my diet.  go cats.  i do the blueberry.  fage does not use corn starch.

Oikos triple zero doesn't use corn starch. But does use chicory root fiber. I'm skeptical of it. Has anyone (pissclams?) done any in depth tests on chicory root fiber?

I have been thinking about making my own yogurt.  Not sure if I will get around to it.  Anyone done that?  Tips?

i'm such a yogurt n00b that i haven't even heard of chicory root fiber.  my God, when will we get some legislative relief from these predatory greek yogurt manufacturers?
