I didn't realize assistant football coaches (in general, not at the top) made so little. I guess I always assumed our mid tier guys were making $500k. I don't know what I was basing that on though.

They've gone up quite a bit, I think before currie came I think the coordinators only made about 285K or something.

Levitt currently makes $100K+ more a year than our two lead coordinators, and BV makes $1M more than our two lead coordinators.

I'm actually surprised there aren't more coaches making less than 100k. I imagine most would be easily replaceable.

Venables currently makes as much as a lot of the heavy hitters in the AAC (or at least before Herman's extension), so it's no surprise that he's in no hurry to jump to a mid-level HC gig.
