All-Clad handles were designed by a super sick sadist.

These are great.

Saladmaster is pretty great. Had our for 17ish years and still look like new. I would recommend. I am not certain if you can buy them without having a demonstration at your house. It is actually pretty helpful. But, you may not like strangers coming into your house.

You buy the food and they come cook it. I am sure they would love to jump in the pool for a swim.

I have some that have a thick alumn core and they are super bad ass.  They get hot quickly and have a very even heat.  Get a really good non stick and you will be super happy.

Also, get a good 10"(approx) cast iron skillet and season it.  I use my cast irons a lot.  Not quite as much as my non sticks, but still a eff load.

unless you're looking at the NS1 line, i wouldn't mess w/ the all-clad crap.  i mean, ya it's great for professional chefs but do you think your cooking will benefit from the temp control stainless steel cooking offers?  to me it's not worth the hassle.

my motto?  "stick" with non-stick <-----

also yes on cns 12" Lodge cast iron skillet comment.  season it like 6-8 times before using.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

Pay attention to the geometry of the contact surface depending on what kind of range you have.

We bought a 12 piece set of Emeril All-Clad Hard Anodized Nonstick a couple years ago and they have been fantastic.
