Foot specialists galore warn how these things are ruining the feet of young people.  The federal government needs regulations to protect our youngsters.

Under which enumerated power would Congress pass such a law?

This post is a symbolic jab at society's penchant for coming up with stupid regulation for a potential harm and the lawsuits that follow.  Several years ago some black lady at the postal service stated a fart log of this guy that farted all day and posted it.  He filed a harassment suit and dang near won.  Now Senator Harry "Ass" Reid is suing a company that  makes stretch ban exercise equipment.   He wasn't strong enough to pull it and let go and the handle hit him in the eye.  He is suing on the grounds it should have had a warning about old people using it.  What is next banning or regulation? Last week I saw a gal get her flip flop jammed by a raised seem in the sidewalk. The flopper bent back and she flip-flopped.

Nanny Nazis always try to get a law, regulation or lawsuit filed e every time they perceive a product may cause a little boo boo.  The state or some money grubbing bugged eyed trial attorney they believe can safe the helpless stupid masses.   No more nannies wiping our butts, let us enjoy a nice messy crap.
