If you turn in a gun, you get some free crime free weed and a weed smoking license that allows you to smoke wholesome Kansaa grown weed and able to have a small amount of weed on your pocession.  However if you are caught with a gun or non licensed use weed, to jail in a West Texas non air conditioned jail hell hole for 15 years you go.

ATF bans medical Marijuana users from owning a gun.  What I am suggesting is applying this to recreational dopers.  IMO guns and weed has become entertained in the seedy places and eddies of our society.   Break the connection seems the way to go.
