Kill Tony

Worthy of its own thread?  :dunno:. He definitely has some funny segments of his show but not sure I could watch it regularly.

Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever

The only thing I know about the guy is that he made a bunch of jokes about how racist he is at a Trump rally. Had no idea he has a show.

I feel confident spracne would not enjoy the Kill Tony show

Oh please..  You're as old as you feel.  I still chuckle at poop humor so I'm not a good one to ask.  The comedy isn't for everyone I will say that.  Saying you're too old or brining politics into it makes me feel like you'll be hitting the Golden Coral at 4:30 today after playing a round or two of bridge.  :sdeek:

KT is very low brow humor and if you have followed Spracne's work for more than 5 minutes you would know he is very high brow.

From what I've read from him I would agree with you on him being high brow and you are correct on the low brow humor on KT.  I think there would be some comedy that would amuse him but not sure he'd stick around long enough to see when it would happen.

He told a racist joke but it was also a truly terrible joke.  He told a joke that he would be defined by and would surely get replayed on news outlets repeatedly so you would expect him to bring his best work.  The joke was the hackiest unfunny drunk uncle crap.  He's a roast comic for frat boys.

I see yt shorts of the show some and it's usually decent. Have never pursued anything longer than 30 seconds though.

Never really cared for his schtick, or roast comedy in general. Never really cared for comedy where the main point seems to be as edgy or vulgar as possible. Not that Hinchcliff is particularly vulgar.

He’s obviously good at what he does, and after watching the clip from the Trump rally imo he was making fun of the MAGAs pretty hard with his set. Kind of seeing how far he could go before the crowd started pumping its own breaks, which is actually pretty clever.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Right, cuz a good zinger here and there is nice, but gets tiresome when that’s all it is.

He's a standup comedian with a live show regularly at the comedy mothership in Austin TX. The premise is he gives up and coming comics a short slot on the show to get noticed.  Usually a guest panel of comics that add entertainment value.
