If I learned anything from watching two and a half men, it's this.  if you bone her, there's a good chance she'll become obsessed with you in some crazy as crap way.  Unless you're willing to move or let your douche bag brother move live with you, she could eventually become one of the more annoying people in your life.

I've been in this situation before.  There were a few pretty hot chicks that lived above me in my old apartment complex in Lawrence (High Pointe).  One day, one of the girls asked me if I could help her post up some frames and stuff in their living room, and well, let's just say the rest is history.
