Yes. Lee appears to be athletic, but we use(d) him like Mike Moore and M Moore hasn't turned out to be anything. I would imagine though that Lee has other abilities to be an every down LB.
So of that group, Lee is probably the most athletic/talented, but hasn't been asked to really do anything but run after a QB. Davis just sucks. Moore disappeared, and Riddle hasn't even seen the field. Solid is not a word I'd use for that group.
Moore got hurt, dude. Davis was probably as good as Truman when Truman was a sophomore.
That said, I'm concerned about group. I'm hoping Derricott gets his stuff together, stops tweeting so much, and gets back on team and in the mix.
I did forget that Moore got injured (which is hilarious because that's probably the only reason why Lee got any playing time - and Lee has done more in one year that Moore did in 2). But I'm not sure coming off an injury makes me any more hopeful for him.
Davis is not as good as Truman, at all. He looks like he should be, but he isn't. I know Truman was 2nd team, but I think that was a function of how shitty the LB's are in the big 12. I mean, Heeney was 1st team.
Dvonta, Riddle, and Lee need to be the tits next year.
