2014 v. 2012

Trying to believe we can win in Norman again.  A couple tidbits that gave me a little hope:

In 2012, we were leading Missouri State 16-9 in the 4th.
The week before we beat OU in 2012, we were ahead of North Texas 14-13 in the third, and only won 35-21.

Between those two games, of course, was a dismantling of Miami.

No, 2014 ISU favored by 10+ v. 2012 North Texas or 2012 Missouri State.

The same OU team that beat Baylor the week before we got buzz bombed....

OU was good in '12. Not National Title caliber good..but good, and they hardly ever ever lose at home..........and Snyder unleashed the hounds late in that game... Kstate marched down the field in that 4th quarter TWICE...in stunned OU fan bewilderment.

Mike has always has struggled against air raid concepts. I hope we can keep it close before we spread it out on them during the 2nd half.

Mikey is so spoiled....that their blue chippers make up for his lack of x's and o's. He'd be a liability at almost any other school..and there is direct evidence that his presence on their staff has directly resulted in their lack of any BCS success since Arizona sent him packing. The nepotism is amazing down there.

I fell like most Defense coordinators don't understand the spread, hurry up and air raid concepts.

Knight if full of potential but young and prone to mistakes.  If we can keep him uncomfortable, we'll be in it.  If we let him get going, we're in trouble.
