it's going to fall apart the second one of them realizes that dad plays video games but for some reason they aren't allowed to. the very premise is absurd.

Xbox ppl, is there a way to network it so that I can have it in one room, play it in that room, and later play it in another room on another tv?  I know the remote/controllers would be the main issue here.  Anyone know how to get around that? 

We have a vidgame room where it resides now(was formal dining, but who needs that?).  I have a tv room off my master suite that I would like to play games in at night.  I also have a rec room where we entertain with pool, darts, pop a shot, ping pong, foosball, and a tv area that I would like to have the ability to play games in while entertaining.  I don't want to buy three xboxes.

Any thoughts?

yeah I guess I am drawing a distinction between purchasing a console and letting them play an educational game on the computer or an app on my phone.

I think you can stream the xbox to a PC. You would just need to plug a laptop into your tv or something and get an adapter to run a controller on the laptop. It probably has to be a Windows 10 pc.

I am still living that 360 life but they are pretty portable - you need an available hdmi and power -my 360 uses a standard PC power cord.
