Thanks for sharing the link.  Scary stuff coming from the adminstration that gave us the Obamacare software.  Smarter nuclear weapons?  Our current stupid bombs seem adequate.  This is another big campaign pledge Obama backed off of.  The new bomb plant should help KC economy though.
