There is a way for this to work. They have to get everything ready to go by the time NBAF is in. Everyone moving into town will just think "Aggieville is for the students, Poyntz is for us old folks. Hopefully they have some nice early bird specials!" But even then, if they live in 90% of the Manhattan developments, they will have to drive right by Aggieville in order to get to Poyntz.
You can make a boat load of cash waiting tables at Applebee's, but it won't make you feel good inside when you have to sing those songs on peoples' birthdays. Canadian guy I know told me that.
This stud wants downtown MHK to be worthy of an award. And folks, downtown MHK is definitely getting a Ward.
idea- only sell beer between 9:30-4:00 ET, like the stock exchange. you could show the prices possibly fluxuating due to after hours trading (havent figured out exactly what this is yet, thats wards job) but people would have to wait till the morning to find out the real price and drink beer again.

I'm no longer their competitor. That's not to say I couldn't still drive them out of business somehow.
