joined the army out of high school and ended up  on fort riley, love ksu and love ku both, what's the say there's anything wrong with that?

This years Athletic program is comparable to Ku's -08. The only difference is they blew a huge lead to lose their BCS bowl and they probably wont win the Natty in BBall.

Kansas' streak of 10 straight Big 12 titles is a truly great achievement, but I do think there is something to the criticism that this is also an indictment on the rest of the league. At some point, one of these other schools has to step up and break this string, especially considering this is the third time Bill Self has won a title at Kansas after having to replace his entire starting five.

It's even more impressive than losing 38 of 39 conf football games is unimpressive. 

48-4 in the last 52 vs. Butthurt State is pretty good too.

I know I'm uber late with this comment. . .but relative to football, 52 games is less than 26 seasons if it includes times we played in the big 12 tournament.  Considering in the last eighteen seasons of Snyder's tenure he has beaten KU seventeen times. . .I think these two are extremely comparable and not as disparate as Beems would have us all believe. 

That being said, the video in which Bill Self says "Ties don't count" completely debunks the ten in a row for me.  Congratulations KU on the start of a new streak.
