No, there's 123 and by 2015 there will be 127 (I assume you're talking about 1-A and not including 1-AA)

There are 126 FBS schools in 2013 (although Old Dominion was not bowl eligible due to playing 7 FCS schools this year, but technically they were an FBS independent this year.
