wait, how is this the first time i've noticed that larrañaga has a tilde?

I thought the same thing. Apparently his grandfather is from Cuba. He hardly looks Cuban to me...

How should a Cuban look?  :opcat:

According to some of our tuck fans, Mexican.

“When we had him visit with our trainer Wes Brown, Wes felt that it was so severe that he took him to our team doctors. They did x-rays and MRI’s, and eventually shut him down the entire summer.”

I like our tactics. Run our players into the ground physically to win #titletown only to have them transfer away/graduate to used up burnouts.

he didn't use the tilde until he moved to miami.  btw, i found this delightful quote from him in an old article about art that everyone has already read, but maybe didn't see the quote.  which is why i dug up this thread.

Quote
Manu is adorable and will have to be aware of all the girls who are going to be interested in him,” Larrañaga said. “He is a very good-looking young man, smart and has a very mature way of approaching his schoolwork and basketball. I am very, very impressed with him as a person
"a garden city man wondered in april if the theologians had not made a mistake in locating the garden of eden in asia rather than in the arkansas river valley."
