A no nonsense perfectionist as head coach and from my perception 5 of the biggest ass chewers to stalk the sidelines in the last 20 or so years in college football. Yeah, I know in football circles they're a dime a dozen, but man, I'd think you'd be hard pressed to find that kind of collection on one staff in terms of an overall ability to tear a guy a new a-hole.
It couldn't have been much fun at times, or maybe it was hysterical in its absurdity at times.
