Taylor seems to have been working on her diction before the shooting of that report.  At the 1:25 mark they way she says potent makes it sound like the answer to the question "Where did the flood aggie stay after the annual spring flood?"  In a "po-tent."

Remember watching that when it came out. Loved it probably more this time around.
