Dishwasher and microwave thread (health concern related)

I just noticed that the little thing that clicks on top of sonofkk's high chair says dish washer age tray which would imply the other part that he eats from and that we stick in the dishwasher non stop is not dishwasher safe.

My question what does dishwasher and microwave safe mean?  Is this all an autism conspiracy like vaccines?
