by early, you mean the whole season.  We saw this year that it wasn't that easy for oscar to teach the motion offense. It took until the Florida game for it to start to happen.  Some of our players like DJamer looked lost on offense pretty much the whole year and that was with the extra time in Brazil. 

Granted it should be easier with a few players like Spradling and Shane already familiar with the offense but we have lots of work to do to be an average team.

We also have serious roster deficiencies that can be exploited by teams with talented bigs.
