lead by example. Work hard, do not take plays off. Go to class and get your work done for school. Can you believe Frank expects them to do school work? Seniors have to do these things so the Freshmen and Sophmores know how it is done the "right way." You do know most of these kids are going to go pro is something other than sports, right? Frank is molding young men getting them ready for the real world.
