Can we claim the National Championship

If we beat Texas, win our bowl game and ND loses?

We have every right to it as the other 1 loss teams? ND was going to make National Champion rings if they were left out so why can't we if we are left out and no undefeated teams are in?

aggy already has 2012 on Kyle Field because they beat bama so why not?
