it's a win/win for both conferences. the big 10 would have an in-state rival for iowa. the big twelve would get the chicago tv audience and regain st louis. the big 10 would capture des moines and waterloo. really what does isu bring to the table?

I'd swap Iowa State for pretty much any Mo Valley school
