JO is mia from every preseason list... that will change... 15 points 8 rebounds and 4.5 Blocks per game will do that.

Aim high MN.

I think 10 pts, 7 boards(7.5 or more  :crossfingers:), and 3 blocks per game might be about where he winds up.

I've just never seen enough of a low post game out of him to lead me to believe he's going to be a "go to guy" offensively, meaning averaging well into double digits. But keep knocking down that 15 fter and cleaning up garbage around the rim(with authority!) and I think about 10 PPG might be about right.

Regarding his shotblocking, I know he averaged about 4 per game over about the last 10 games last year, which was elite, but it's tough to do that over the course of a 35 game season.

His lack of any real hype on any of these preseason lists is a bit confounding. Even if he's not averaging 4-5 blocks per game, he's still a big-time defensive presence who alters a ton of shots around the rim. I really don't think other bigs like Alex Oriakhi(ranked 94th on the list above) or Josh Smith(around 90th) will overall be more effective than JO. Hope JO can prove all the "experts" wrong.

It'll be a disappointment if he's shooting more than 0.5 per game.

15 points is probably really high because he will get 0 transition buckets all year, I am hoping this is the year JO starts with a spark and can get his block total juiced in a couple preseason games.  Like do something stupid like 25 pancakes in a 3 meaningless games. Angel should be even better in Pick and Roll situations adding to JOs Angle-oops per game.  :gocho:

When has JO ever been a threat in transition? I mean he runs well for his size but he's not really the type to beat everybody down the floor and finish at the rim.

We're probably looking at closer to 10 than 15 ppg from him.

Knock em on their butts, JO.

I can see JO going for 12 and 8

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

Gruds tabbed as 5th team AA by Vitale. No FR are included on this list and yeah, it's Vitale, it's still good to see Gruds get pub.
