Watch 20 minutes of clock time on the game yesterday (had to go to a wedding).   In that time it seemed as though BU missed a tackle on almost every play.  Missed tackling became a real problem with Phil's D at KSU as well.  Maybe Phil doesn't understand that you still have to have players play fundamentally sound.
