kstate olathe research place

So apparently you can sign up to do taste tests on foods and give feedback.  My mom is there right now and she's also getting paid.

Anyone done this?

Have not done taste tests but know they do them and offer (or joco parks/rec does) cooking classes and things in their iron chef kitchens.

Also squawks like to trace a giant penis in the grassy area in front of the building after it snows. Must get a picture of this one day, it is hilarious.

I used to go to Justin Hall to get shaved. They would call me a few hours later and ask how smooth my face was, then send me a check for $50. It was pretty awesome.

I just responded to a mass email when I was on campus. I'm not sure if they still do it or not, but I made more than $200 one semester by testing various razors for the college of human ecology. Sometimes I would shave myself. Other times a barber would shave me, free of charge of course.

Your best bet would probably be to go to Justin Hall and ask around.

Last year I made $20 per session to taste-test a carbonated yogurt product developed at Call hall. Never heard anything more about it so I assume it failed.

i taste tested bread. for an hour and a half, i had bread. $55.

but back to the olathe campus, apparently the squawk campus is afraid of us and won't let us do undergrad crap there because they fear that we would steal their recruiting pool from jccc. so hence why its grad research only.
