Boy Scouts skills that proved to be mostly useless
« on: July 26, 2012, 02:30:21 PM »
Knot-tying.  I mean I got my merit badge and all, but I forgot them all and if I really need to tie a knot I just wrap the rope around a bunch of times and then some overhands maybe?  And I've never lost a couch I cared about from the back of my truck.

I find knot-tying pretty helpful on boats. I didn't learn them from the boy scouts because I didn't do boy scouts because of the sodomy that happens in every scout troop but I still think they're helpful. If you can't remember them that's different from them being useless.
I think what my friend Mitch is trying to say is that true love is blind.

Pro-Tip: BTK has never tied a knot on a boat and he's just trying to impress you guys.

Color me surprised the serial murderer is in support of knot tying.

Suppressing childhood memories.
My prescience is fully engorged.  It throbs with righteous accuracy.  I am sated.
